FAQs
What is OpenGTM?
OpenGTM is an AI + GTM Research Lab and product company. We’ve built the world’s first comprehensive ontology for GTM (PRISMA), a research lab (open source, AI-native), and AI-native org transformation to help companies thrive in the era of GTM SuperIntelligenceWhy “PRISMA”?
A prism takes invisible light and makes it visible. PRISMA takes scattered GTM activity and makes it structured, interoperable, and intelligent. A prism takes undifferentiated light and refracts it into a structured spectrum. That’s the goal: take messy GTM activities (signals, data, plays, content) and decompose → codify → recombine into precise, machine-operable components. It also hints at mathematics / geometry (clean edges, formal structure). In academic research, PRISMA stands for Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses.How is this different from existing GTM platforms?
We’re not another tool or dashboard. PRISMA is the foundational ontology — the “barcode” of your GTM. Everything else connects to it to allow you to always be in market. What do you mean by agent-first?
An agent-first company treats AI agents as primary executors of GTM, not just add-ons. Humans guide vision, agents handle scale. Is OpenGTM anti-human?
Absolutely not. It’s the opposite. Humans will thrive when their work is AI-native. The truth is, most GTM today is drudgery—manual, repetitive tasks humans don’t want. In the future, we’ll look back on today’s sales and marketing grind the way we look at factory child labor: as something we outgrew.
OpenGTM exists to elevate people out of repetitive GTM execution and into creative, strategic, and human-first roles—the work where they thrive. AI and agents handle the operational load; humans focus on vision, creativity, relationships, and invention.
What is GTM SuperIntelligence?
GTM SuperIntelligence is both a book and a framework that explores how AI transforms go-to-market systems. It introduces a new model where companies, data, and agents operate as a shared intelligence layer—learning, predicting, and coordinating GTM decisions across the enterprise and beyond.
What does it mean to be “multi-company”?
OpenGTM is built for a multi-company world—where agents can reason across datasets, benchmarks, and patterns from thousands of organizations.
When does the book come out?
The book GTM SuperIntelligence: An Agent’s Guide to Go-To-Market is slated for release on black Friday (Nov 28th), with preview chapters and research excerpts available to OpenGTM members starting later this year.
Is OpenGTM hiring?
Yes. We’re building a small, high-trust founding team across research, product, design, and GTM transformation. If you’re passionate about AI systems, data models, or reimagining how companies grow, reach out through the early access form—there’s a place for builders here.
What is an ontology?
An ontology is a structured framework that defines how concepts, entities, and their relationships are represented within a domain — creating a shared language between humans and machines. It provides the backbone for reasoning, interoperability, and data consistency across systems. In essence, an ontology turns scattered information into a connected understanding of how things relate and operate.
